I am Bala graduated in sports medicine,ACSM (Biomechanics) I've 8+ years of experience in fitness training, Dieting, training for patients like post rehab, celebrity, police officers (IAS &IPS).I share my knowledge to my clients by analyzing their needs as per they body or personal training activities. I train my people with physical and fitness science so they archive good health goals with slow and stable growth for they future life.
