I am Devashish Kakkar, a B.B.A.LL.B graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University, New Delhi. I have completed my Post-Graduation Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Laws(PGDIPR) from the Indian Society Of International Law (ISIL) and Post-Graduation Diploma in Cyber Laws(PGDCL) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

I am an experienced lawyer with a blend of in-house experience negotiating a broad range of international contracts and transactions, as well as handling general corporate, intellectual property rights, cyber privacy laws and commercial matters. I give legal advice to management about relevant issues about international investment laws, company laws, contracts, deeds, intellectual property, administrative law and civil procedure.

I currently serve as Legal Associate/In-house counsel at AFIi Corporate Advisors Ltd.
