In my long career of litigation, I have appeared before all the Hon’ble Courts i.e. starting from Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to Trial Courts including Statutory Tribunals. I have handled variety of cases but mostly Arbitration, Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Property & family matters. I have appeared and argued in the Courts/Tribunals inter-alia for Company like HCL, Non-Banking financial institution like IFCI, Co-operative Society like Jain Co-operative Bank and in hundreds of other cases. I have also briefed many Ld. Senior Advocates such as Ms. Meenakashi Arora, Sh. Salman Khurshid, Sh. Vivek Sood, and others. Being an empanelled member for the Receiver/Local Commissioner, 2017-19, District Court Saket, South East District, I have been appointed as a Receiver for taking possession of secured assets for Banks by Hon’ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, South East, Delhi. Being a Court Commissioner, I have recorded evidences in many cases. I have also written for legal journals.
