Refund Policy for Paid Plans
At Consultancy Bazaar, we only have Annual paid plans for our customers. A customer who has availed a paid plan from Consultancy Bazaar, can cancel it at any time within the first 3 days and receive a full refund. For this to happen, the customer needs to go to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in Account Settings in the website. While requesting Cancellation, the user needs to provide a reason for cancellation in the Reason for Cancellation text box. The support team at Consultancy Bazaar will review and if the reason is found to be genuine and appropriate, the paid amount will be fully credited back to the customer within 2 to 4 weeks.
About your Paid Plan
Please note, this first 3 days period is not a trial period. It is just a facility we've given to our customers. Once Consultancy Bazaars accepts the customer's Request for Cancellation of Paid plan, the subscriber will no longer be able to make use of the paid features of Consultancy Bazaar. Consultancy Bazaar will not be responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts as these are mostly governed by the bank of the subscriber.
